But do you even wellness, Jeneane?

It’s only the air I breath. I studied Thai massage at Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School. And I prefer books by Buddhist nuns (check out Sister Dang Nghiem). Yoga? Yin is my favorite speed.

What else?

I’m a (currently rooted) digital nomad, mom of one, have a secret life as an animation artist, and still write poetry, albeit less lovesick—I’m married! Living creatively fuels the visionary thinking I do for my clients.
